I'll never forget it....it was a nice sunny summer day in the San Fernando Valley. I opened up my front door and Faye was slowly walking over the grass to my front door...looking...tired.

So here's the thing. Faye was perfect and unique. Maneater. Natural redhead, freckles, perfect body with those crazy plushy nipples. With makeup she looked like a Pinup actress from the 40's a la Rita Hayworth.

Models in those days could have made great money just doing solo, girl/girl, promotional work etc.....also understand that ALL these girls landing in Hollywood were being coveted by the rich and famous. Running this biz, I learned the POWER women really had. I had celebs and rock stars knocking on my front door. "oh...um..HI? What are YOU doing here?" 🤣 

It was a wide open playground for the girls. They had many options: Rich boyfriends (or husband!), sugar daddies, Rock Stars, escorting, dancing, private work (private collections for clients)...networking/transitioning to other types of jobs in the biz....and many of them took those routes....

So it was always interesting to me what choices they would make....but I learned to NEVER JUDGE.
