You are encouraged to post photos / videos with the following understanding and methods:

Copyright

You must assume ALL photos on the net are protected by copyright. In simple terms and in general, the main difference between copyrighted material you can  share or not share is material the producer has authorized for advertising by webmasters & fans. How do you know that? One way is checking to see if they have an affiliate program stocked with free promo content, sample galleries or site tour photos.

  • If a photo / video has a (c) / Watermark / URL on it then its obvious who owns it (unless a thief is stripping their own info over a legit Watermark).
  • If a photo / video has NO info on it  - that's a giant warning sign - DO NOT SHARE HERE.
  • Content from anyone's MEMBERS AREA  - DO NOT SHARE

There's always been a difference between thievery & free advertising for the producer/model.

Sharing hundreds of explicit photos is NOT free advertising.

Sharing a few watermarked photos of a model from a free tour or gallery is generally free advertising. Still its a bit of a grey area. Seasoned fans should know the ropes. Matt's Models will pull anything questionable.

2 methods for Photo Sharing:

  • Attachments in a Post

Forum allows for a single photo attachment per post.

  • Linking Photos

Forum allows for multiple links per post.

You can share videos with the same copyright considerations as above.

Methods for sharing Videos:

  • Add a video url with extensions .mp4, .webm, ogg   - post will show html video player on post.

Once again, you must own the license or have written permission from producer/model either directly or through their affiliate / free promo material terms & conditions.

Matt's Models does NOT give permission to share anything that you don't have the license to share.

Spam

We all know what it looks like. A little spam is fine. Too much causes heart disease and will be removed and user could be banned.
