I want to turn all MM Models into new characters using the original images.
I'm looking into the best software for this. Must be able to work with nude images!
If anybody has any suggestions - please post here

Do you mean upscaling with AI? There's several good web sites. I use Upscale Media by Pixelbin. It has a batch feature. There may be better options for commercial use. I've heard FTV is updating some of their older photos. I haven't seen them.

No I mean recreating new models / photos from the old ones.
so for example Summer, a new AI model made from the features of Summer but changed somewhat.
